Terms of Service

You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You must give accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract where you live. You are responsible for the events you create and the messages you send to guests.

Use MakeTheRSVP for genuine events. Do not use it to send spam, to collect data deceptively, to harass anyone, or for anything unlawful. Do not attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that abuse these terms.

Some features require a paid plan or a per-event unlock, processed by Stripe. Prices and plan limits are shown on the pricing page. Subscriptions renew until you cancel, which you can do at any time from your billing settings; access continues through the paid period. Per-event unlocks are one-time purchases. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

You keep ownership of the event details and guest responses you collect. You grant us the limited permission needed to host and display that content so the service works. You are responsible for having the right to collect and use your guests' information and for handling it lawfully.

We work to keep MakeTheRSVP running, but the service is provided as is, without warranties. We may change, pause, or discontinue features, and we will give reasonable notice of significant changes where we can.

To the extent allowed by law, MakeTheRSVP is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
