Feature
Email your guests without the mailing list
Every guest who leaves an email gets an automatic confirmation, and you can message everyone at once when a detail changes. No contact list to build, no reply-all thread to manage.
Automatic RSVP confirmations
Guests who add an email get a tidy confirmation the moment they reply, with a link back to your event.
Message everyone at once
Write one update and send it to every guest on the list, with a link back to the event page.
Send a reminder before the day
A quick note as the date nears keeps your headcount honest and cuts down on no-shows.
No mailing list to build
Emails come from the RSVPs themselves, so there is nothing to import or keep in sync.
Confirmations that go out on their own
When a guest RSVPs and includes an email, we send them a confirmation right away: what they replied, the event name, and a link back to the page. It reassures the guest their response landed, and it gives them the link again for later, which is usually the message they would otherwise text you to ask for.
You do nothing to set this up. It is part of every RSVP page.
One update to the whole guest list
Plans change: the start time moves, the venue sends parking instructions, the weather forces a backup location. Instead of a reply-all or re-sharing the link in five group chats, write the update once and send it to everyone who has RSVP'd with an email. Each guest gets it addressed to them, with a button back to the event.
- A schedule or location change
- Parking, directions, or what to bring
- A friendly reminder as the RSVP deadline nears
- A thank-you note after the event
Why it beats a group chat or a spreadsheet
Group chats bury the important message under replies, and half your guests are not in the chat anyway. A spreadsheet of addresses goes stale the moment someone new RSVPs. Because your messages send to the live RSVP list, the right people always get them, and you never copy an address by hand.
Email your guests: questions
Do guests have to give an email to RSVP?+
No. Email is optional. Guests can reply with just a name. Confirmations and updates only go to the guests who chose to leave an email.
Can I email everyone who is coming at once?+
Yes. Write one message and it goes to every guest on your list who left an email, each with a link back to the event page.
Will my guests get spammed?+
No. Guests get a confirmation when they reply, plus any updates you choose to send. You control every message that goes out.
Do guests need an account to receive emails?+
No. There is no account and no app for guests. They reply to your link and, if they left an email, they hear back at that address.
